We are very excited about getting your order to you. Currently, we offer free shipping to all EU countries and India. We also ship to Switzerland and Norway, however we would advice you to contact us before placing orders from Switzerland and Norway as you maybe exempt from paying the EU duties and taxes. Our standard shipping time is 4 to 14 business days. All shipping estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
The prices mentioned on the website include the standard shipping charges. However, for certain location and orders, additional shipping charges may be levied by the shipping service provider. Any such additional charges have to be borne by the customer.
Note: Please contact us for shipping to locations other than mentioned above. We will be delighted to help you with any of your shipping requirements.
Order Processing Times
For most countries, orders will be shipped between 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm CET Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Some exceptions apply.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
Please note: There might be additional duties or taxes for your jurisdiction. Any additional duties or fees will require payment upon delivery.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your items arrive in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
Please note: if you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
